Estonian Customer Care Specialist – Athens

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Estonian‑speaking Customer Care Specialist to join our Athens team. You will be the primary point of contact for Estonian‑language customers, delivering high‑quality support through phone, email and chat while helping to build loyalty and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous assistance to customers via phone, email and live chat, resolving inquiries and issues.
• Develop and maintain in‑depth knowledge of our products and services to offer accurate guidance.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions in line with company policies.
• Handle complaints professionally, aiming for optimal satisfaction.
• Record all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring up‑to‑date and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex problems and follow up on open cases.
• Share insights and suggestions to continuously improve the customer experience.

Required profile

• Native or fluent proficiency in Estonian with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Strong command of English (minimum B2 level) for internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer service or support is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving attitude and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
