About the role
The Enterprise Architect – Digital Employee Platform is a senior member of the Enterprise Architecture team, responsible for shaping the architectural direction of the People & Culture (P&C) domain. The role ensures a unified, employee‑centric architecture that spans the entire HR lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Define and govern end‑to‑end employee journey and experience architecture.
- Create target architectures, integration blueprints, and transformation roadmaps aligned with HR, AI, and data trends.
- Ensure architectural coherence across programs, products, and platforms.
- Act as the architectural authority, establishing principles, standards, and governance.
- Advise senior stakeholders on trade‑offs, risks, and opportunities.
- Drive simplification, automation, and reduction of integration debt across the P&C ecosystem.
- Provide architectural assurance for major initiatives and collaborate with Agile/SAFe delivery teams.
Required profile
- Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect in large‑scale environments.
- Deep end‑to‑end understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
- Ability to anticipate industry trends in HR, AI, and data and translate them into actionable architectures.
- Proven track record of influencing senior leaders and delivering coherent technology landscapes.
