Enterprise Architect – Integrated Business Planning

About the role

The Enterprise Architect – Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is a key member of the Enterprise Architecture team at Coca-Cola HBC, responsible for the architectural direction of enterprise‑wide business planning across finance, HR, procurement, supply chain and commercial domains.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Enterprise Architecture vision for enterprise‑wide business planning across finance, HR, procurement, supply chain and commercial domains.
• Define and maintain target architectures, transition roadmaps and integration layers connecting the planning domains.
• Govern architecture principles, standards and data governance, ensuring coherence across platforms and reducing redundancy.
• Lead architectural thinking for IBP transformation in an FMCG/CPG context, advising senior stakeholders on trade‑offs and risks.
• Drive simplification of applications and data landscape, enable real‑time data flows and support agile/SAFe delivery teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in large‑scale FMCG/CPG organizations.
• Ability to influence senior executives and translate technical designs into business value.
• Deep knowledge of integrated business planning processes, including financial, commercial, demand‑supply and workforce planning.
• Experience operating in Agile and SAFe environments and applying TOGAF pragmatically.
