Energy Associate Lawyer – Athens

About the role

Join a leading international law firm in Athens, specializing in energy and infrastructure. As an Associate Lawyer (Energy) you will work in a collaborative environment handling innovative, high‑value transactions in the Greek market.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with clients throughout the duration of transactions.
• Draft and negotiate Greek‑law construction and supply agreements in both English and Greek.
• Correspond with all parties involved, including counterparties, lenders, foreign counsel and technical experts.
• Respond to complex queries and comments raised by clients and project funders.
• Participate actively in multi‑party contractual drafting and negotiation for large‑scale projects.

Required profile

• Law degree from a Greek university.
• 5–8 years of post‑qualified experience.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in energy transactions and energy regulatory advice.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
