eCommerce Executive

About the role

Join the Digital Commerce & Marketing team in Athens to manage and grow an assigned brand website for a leading beauty group. You will drive online sales, increase traffic, and deliver engaging digital experiences that boost customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Execute go‑to‑market strategy for brand sites in partnership with Digital Commerce, Brand and Regional teams.
• Coordinate timely website updates for product launches, promotions, loyalty initiatives and regular refreshes.
• Maintain an accurate online product catalogue, optimizing merchandising to improve discoverability and conversion.
• Run CRM activities such as newsletters, automated journeys and campaign pilots, working with Brand, CRM and external agencies.
• Support site enhancements including SEO, new features, UX improvements, checkout optimisation and other roadmap projects.
• Monitor eCommerce KPIs, analyse performance and provide insights to local and regional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Paid & Earned Media, Customer Service and Regional teams to ensure seamless digital touchpoints.
• Identify optimisation opportunities through testing, analysis and best‑practice sharing.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing eCommerce websites.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage projects and work collaboratively across functions.
• Analytical mindset with capability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
