eCommerce Content & Product Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an eCommerce Content & Product Coordinator to ensure that every product, page and piece of content on our online store is accurate, relevant and easy to navigate. You will work at the intersection of product data, content, SEO and customer experience, collaborating with product managers, suppliers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and enrich product information across the eShop, including titles, descriptions, attributes, images and categorisation.
• Maintain content accuracy and consistency throughout the catalogue.
• Coordinate product data intake and updates with internal teams and suppliers.
• Work closely with product managers to ensure technical product information is correctly represented.
• Act as liaison between the SEO agency and internal product management, ensuring SEO content is technically accurate.
• Publish and manage articles, landing pages and meta tags via WordPress and Magento CMS.
• Create and maintain campaign landing pages, banners and promotional mechanisms.
• Contribute to category page structure, navigation copy and on‑site content consistency.

Required profile

• Experience or strong interest in eCommerce, product data or digital content roles.
• Structured, organised and detail‑oriented approach.
• Confidence working with Excel/CSV files and structured data.
• Strong written Greek and good working proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with Magento, WordPress or similar CMS platforms is a plus.
• Experience with product catalogs, ERP or eCommerce back‑office systems is a plus.
