Junior Marketing Specialist

About the role

As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you’ll work closely with hoper’s Marketing team across social media, CRM, email marketing, content, organic growth, digital advertising and performance reporting. This hands‑on role in a fast‑moving environment combines creativity with a data‑driven mindset, allowing you to take ownership of projects and contribute to measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute hoper’s social media strategy and manage day‑to‑day channel activity.
• Support CRM data management, audience segmentation and email campaign setup.
• Plan, create and launch newsletters and targeted email campaigns, handling copywriting, testing and performance analysis.
• Produce content for social media, blog and other organic channels to boost brand awareness, SEO and engagement.
• Assist in planning, creating and optimizing Meta, Google and other digital advertising campaigns.
• Monitor and report key marketing metrics, identify trends and turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Experiment with new tools, automations and channels to improve customer acquisition, engagement and retention.

Required profile

• Up to 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Basic working knowledge of CRM platforms, email marketing tools and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, travel and technology.
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Greek, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and experiment with new tools.
