About the role

Join a leading international BPO as a Dutch‑speaking Customer Support Specialist based in Athens. You will assist customers through phone, email and live chat, delivering fast, friendly solutions while representing a global brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support in Dutch via phone, email and live chat, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
• Listen empathetically, apply company policies and deliver effective resolutions.
• Handle a variety of product, service and account requests, aiming for a memorable customer experience.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product updates, campaigns and internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to senior team members or relevant departments.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system, complying with data‑protection standards.
• Collaborate with a multicultural team and contribute to a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) with working knowledge of English.
• Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, hospitality or a related field is a plus; motivated entry‑level candidates are welcome.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using technology and multitasking in a fast‑paced setting.
• Team‑oriented, respectful of diverse cultures and able to thrive in an inclusive workplace.
• Minimum secondary education; additional training or certifications are advantageous.
