Dutch‑speaking Customer Advisor – Athens (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Dutch‑speaking Customer Advisor to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Athens. Working in a hybrid model, you will provide technical support and service excellence to restaurant partners using the company’s hospitality platform.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat and messaging platforms.
• Deliver professional technical support to restaurant partners.
• Resolve issues efficiently while acting as a brand ambassador.
• Escalate complex technical or billing matters to internal teams.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and customer records.
• Support restaurants with platform‑related questions and operational requests.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1+) with strong written and spoken English (minimum B2).
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or related fields.
• Excellent communication, active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• High empathy, especially in time‑sensitive hospitality situations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

• Computer literacy and ability to handle sensitive customer data.
