About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Travel Support Agent to join our outsourcing team in Athens, Greece. You will be the first point of contact for our accommodation partners, handling inquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Answer all incoming client contacts via phone, email or chat.
Provide accurate information on room modifications, rates, availability and extranet tools.
Use company tools and processes to resolve issues and maintain data quality.
Maintain high service standards and contribute to a positive partner experience.

Required profile

Native or fluent Dutch speaker with at least B2 level English (both written and spoken).
Resident of Greece or able to relocate quickly.
Willingness to work rotating morning, afternoon and weekend shifts.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
