Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor – Athens

About the role

Join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Athens as a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor. You will handle customer interactions across multiple channels, ensuring high satisfaction and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, chats, messages, and emails across various channels.
• Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships through clear communication.
• Provide accurate information using approved tools and processes.
• Meet individual and team performance targets, including case handling quotas.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and manage accounts.
• Follow internal communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Dutch (verbal and written).
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong phone handling skills with a customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to adapt communication style to different customer profiles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong multitasking, time‑management, and prioritisation abilities.
