About the role
Four Seasons Resort Mykonos is seeking a visionary Director of People and Culture to join its Planning Committee. In this permanent, onsite position you will shape the talent strategy and nurture a culture that enables team members to deliver the legendary Four Seasons service.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies to secure current and future talent.
- Lead performance management and structured career development processes.
- Oversee training, induction and integration of new HR team members and ensure alignment with Four Seasons culture.
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with the General Manager and Planning Committee.
- Act as a strategic business partner and coach, providing HR guidance and insights to inspire teams.
Required profile
- Proven senior HR leadership experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong track record of building high‑performing teams and fostering inclusive cultures.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
