Senior Compensation Consulting Analyst

About the role

Join Marsh's Workforce and Rewards Consulting team in Athens, Greece, working on large‑scale compensation projects and supporting consultants in solving complex compensation challenges. The role combines client interaction, project delivery, and business development in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for selected client accounts, managing day‑to‑day interactions and building strong relationships.
• Deliver high‑quality outputs for Workforce and Rewards projects, including small‑scale project management and client‑ready deliverables.
• Draft client contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
• Respond promptly to client requests and inquiries.
• Contribute to business development for standard opportunities and provide technical input for complex proposals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in consultancy or internal HR/Finance roles (e.g., payroll, rewards, compensation, generalist).
• Strong domain knowledge and client‑management experience.
• Genuine interest in HR/people agenda and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with a can‑do attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Fluency in Greek and English.
