Senior Compensation Consulting Analyst

About the role

Marsh is seeking a Senior Compensation Consulting Analyst to join its Workforce and Rewards Consulting team in Athens, Greece. The role involves hybrid work, with at least three days per week on‑site, and supports large‑scale compensation projects and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for client accounts, delivering analysis and support for Workforce and Rewards projects.
• Manage day‑to‑day client interactions, maintain strong relationships, and handle small‑scale project delivery.
• Draft client contracts and agreements, respond to client inquiries promptly, and contribute to business development opportunities.
• Provide technical input for complex proposals and ensure high‑quality, client‑ready outputs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in consultancy or HR/Finance roles such as Payroll, Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or generalist positions.
• Strong domain knowledge and client‑management experience, with a genuine interest in HR and people agenda.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and presentation skills; team player with a can‑do attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
