Director of Franchise Operations – South & East Europe

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven and operationally strong Director of Franchise Operations to support and enhance the performance of a portfolio of hotels across South & East Europe. In this highly visible role you will act as a strategic partner to owners, management companies, and hotel teams, driving revenue performance, brand compliance, and guest satisfaction while supporting new hotel openings.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for hotel owners and management teams, driving revenue performance and brand compliance.
• Analyse performance data, conduct regular business reviews and develop actionable operational plans.
• Support new hotel openings, providing pre‑opening guidance and on‑site support.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Revenue, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR) to ensure operational excellence and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or franchise operations within an international brand.
• Strong understanding of hotel performance metrics, revenue management and guest experience.
• Previous senior operational role such as Director of Operations or Revenue Manager.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership capabilities.

What we offer

• Competitive salary in the range of EUR 60,000 – EUR 70,000 per year.
