Digital Performance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Performance Manager to lead paid‑media initiatives for top food supplement and cosmetics brands in the Greek market. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring optimal return on ad spend while driving brand awareness and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Create, monitor, optimize, and measure PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, affiliate networks, and other platforms.
• Manage daily bidding, testing, seasonal adjustments, and rollout of new promotions.
• Research keywords and targeting options to support acquisition and reporting.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports using web‑analytics tools.
• Analyze results, propose optimisations, and meet KPIs such as reduced bounce rate and increased conversions.
• Coordinate billing and invoicing with the accounting department.
• Stay updated on industry trends and evaluate emerging performance‑marketing technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex media accounts (agency or in‑house).
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Marketing, Statistics or related field.
• Strong consulting, writing, presentation, and communication skills in Greek and English.
• Analytical mindset with a sense of ownership and duty.
