Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to join our Client Service team. You will collaborate closely with Creative and Development teams to shape and execute our clients' social strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with the overall content strategy.
• Maintain brand consistency through tone of voice and visual guidelines.
• Handle community management, responding to queries promptly and in line with brand standards.
• Research current trends and hot topics in the client’s market sector.
• Monitor social performance, analyse data and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• University or College degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 2‑4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and time‑management skills.
