Events & Communications Coordinator

About the role

Mantis Beyond Innovation is seeking an Events & Communications Coordinator to support the delivery of its open‑innovation programs. The role blends event planning, communications, and project coordination to ensure seamless program execution and a consistent participant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute a variety of program events—including workshops, bootcamps, demo days, pitching sessions and networking gatherings—handling agendas, logistics, venues, speakers and hybrid delivery.
• Prepare and manage all program communications such as invitations, newsletters, participant emails and updates, while collaborating with the Marketing team on assets and social‑media promotion.
• Maintain accurate documentation, collect participant feedback, track KPIs and contribute to program reports, summaries and continuous‑improvement actions.

Required profile

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to design and deliver physical, digital and hybrid events, manage multiple workstreams and coordinate diverse stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English, with experience in stakeholder engagement and post‑event reporting.
• Experience in innovation programs, startup ecosystems or public‑sector initiatives is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with collaboration and project‑management tools (e.g., ClickUp, SharePoint).
• Experience using CRM platforms for participant and communication management.
