About the role

Inbound Hunters is looking for a dynamic Digital Growth Marketing Specialist to blend strategic growth marketing with AI‑driven technical expertise. You will design data‑focused campaigns, integrate AI tools, and automate processes to boost performance across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Research, test, and implement AI tools to improve campaign performance and user experience.
• Develop and execute omnichannel growth strategies on platforms such as Google Ads, META Ads, and TikTok Ads to drive acquisition and revenue.
• Collaborate with tech teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
• Set up, monitor, and continuously optimize campaign performance, handling technical aspects and automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in growth or performance marketing with strong knowledge of digital ad platforms.
• Deep understanding of AI tools and their application in marketing.
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability to new technologies.
• Bonus: basic coding or software development knowledge to work effectively with technical teams.
