Digital Content Manager

About the role

DDB, on behalf of its subsidiary IGNOTA, is seeking a Digital Content Manager to drive the creation, adaptation, and publishing of digital content for a range of client brands. Working closely with Social Media, Account Management, and Creative teams, you will ensure that every piece of content aligns with brand identity and is delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, adapt, and publish content across websites, landing pages, newsletters, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Manage and update content using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Umbraco, or SharePoint.
• Maintain content calendars and coordinate publishing schedules with internal stakeholders.
• Adapt existing assets to fit channel specifications, audience needs, and brand guidelines.
• Proofread and quality‑check copy, links, formatting, images, and basic UX requirements before publication.
• Support editorial guidelines, best practices, and brand tone of voice.
• Monitor basic performance metrics and contribute to reporting when required.
• Incorporate feedback from teams and clients to continuously improve content quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in content management, digital content, copywriting, social media, or editorial roles.
• Proven ability to create, edit, proofread, and adapt digital content across multiple formats.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with at least one CMS platform (WordPress, Umbraco, SharePoint).
