Digital Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Digital Media Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. You will help design, build, test, deliver, monitor and enhance cross‑channel digital marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Create and optimise digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with team members.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet business goals.
• Use Upstream’s in‑house platforms for recruitment and monetisation techniques.
• Assist in developing campaign plans and executing A/B testing strategies.
• Monitor traffic, engagement, monetisation and operational KPIs, proposing improvements as needed.
• Provide detailed analysis and reporting for each campaign, including interpretation and recommendations.
• Maintain revenue forecasting and measure ROI of recruitment channels.
• Support ad‑hoc business requests and initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in digital media or marketing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with paid media platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Proven account‑management experience with external partners.
• Strong project‑management skills, able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodology and web‑analytics tools, especially Google Analytics.
• Fluent English with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
