Junior Copywriter

About the role

The Junior Copywriter will support the creative team by writing and editing copy for a variety of channels, from social media posts to long‑form campaign content. Working under senior creatives, you will help translate client briefs into engaging language that aligns with brand strategy and communication goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop draft copy and long‑form content for campaigns, following guidance from senior team members.
• Adapt existing material for different formats such as social media, banners, scripts, and other digital or traditional media.
• Collaborate daily with Art Directors and senior Copywriters to generate and refine creative ideas.
• Incorporate feedback from the creative team and senior stakeholders to improve copy quality.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging trends, platform‑specific tone of voice, and best practices.
• Meet deadlines and deliver work that matches the brief and agreed objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of experience in an advertising, creative or communications environment, or relevant internship experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, with a willingness to learn from feedback.
