About the role

Domes Miramare Corfu, a 5‑star luxury resort, is looking for a motivated Demi Chef de Partie (Cook B') to join its culinary team for the 2026 season. This middle‑level kitchen position blends fundamental cooking skills with a strong work ethic, supporting daily operations while developing expertise for future progression.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring.
• Cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and guidance from senior chefs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Store raw materials under proper conditions to preserve quality.
• Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Report equipment, order, or supply issues to the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
• Assist in training newer kitchen team members.

Required profile

• Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a professional kitchen, including at least 1 year as a Cook in high‑volume or fine‑dining environments.
• Thorough knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and allergen management.
