Czech Content Moderator – Thessaloniki

About the role

We are looking for a fluent Czech speaker to join our moderation team in Thessaloniki. As a Content Moderator you will help maintain a safe, respectful online environment by reviewing user‑generated content and ensuring it complies with our community standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and moderate Czech‑language content to enforce community guidelines.
• Identify, flag, and escalate potential policy violations or risky material.
• Document moderation actions and report trends to management.
• Provide feedback on policy gaps and suggest improvements based on observed trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve content‑related issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in Czech with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong command of English for internal communication.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to handle sensitive material professionally.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
