Customer Support Specialist (Spanish/Portuguese/Italian) – Greece

About the role

Join a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy as a Customer Expert, providing multilingual support to customers in Greece. You will work remotely from anywhere in Greece while collaborating with teams in Athens and Thessaloniki.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries about products and services professionally.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
• Contribute to a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.

Required profile

• Fluent or native‑level Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and active‑listening abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Previous experience in customer support, contact centre, BPO, retail, hospitality, or similar environments.

Required skills
