Customer Support Specialist (German/Dutch/French) – Greece

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Expert who can provide high‑quality support to our Greek clients in German, Dutch or French. The role can be based in Athens or Thessaloniki or performed fully remotely from anywhere in Greece.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in the assigned language.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Document interactions and update the CRM system with accurate information.
• Escalate complex cases to senior teams when necessary.
• Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all communications.

Required profile

• Fluent or native‑level German, Dutch or French, with strong English skills.
• Previous experience in a contact‑centre, BPO, retail, hospitality or similar customer‑service environment.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and deliver results.
• Positive, customer‑focused attitude and good problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
