Customer Support Specialist – Czech, Bulgarian or Romanian (Greece)

About the role

We are looking for a multilingual Customer Expert to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy in Greece. The role involves providing high‑quality support to customers in Czech, Bulgarian or Romanian, while operating from a remote setting within the country.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system after each interaction.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.

Required profile

• Fluent or native‑level proficiency in Czech, Bulgarian or Romanian.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent listening, problem‑solving and active‑service mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in customer support, contact‑center or similar service roles.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
