Customer Service Representative – Onsite

About the role

UPS, the world’s largest package delivery company, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join its Customer Service department at the Koropi headquarters. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and providing accurate information on shipments, services, and guarantees.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls related to pick‑up requests, tracking, service guarantees, export shipment exceptions and other customer enquiries.
• Apply UPS service knowledge, product details, systems and procedures to resolve issues.
• Document customer concerns, recommend solutions to management and generate sales leads.
• Maintain high‑quality telephone service while working under pressure and rotating shift schedules.

Required profile

• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (08:00‑16:00, 09:00‑17:00, 10:00‑18:00, 10:30‑18:30).
• Patience, a friendly approach and a can‑do attitude.
• Problem‑solving ability and adherence to procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• General computer literacy and ability to operate standard office equipment.
