Customer Service Representative – Greek Speaking

About the role

We are looking for Greek‑speaking Customer Support Agents to join our team and provide exceptional service to our valued customers. The role involves handling inquiries via email, live chat and inbound calls on a 24/7 shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Greek via email, live chat, and inbound calls.
• Handle all requests with accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism.
• Identify clients’ needs and proactively propose effective solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of service quality.
• Collaborate closely with the team to optimise workflows and improve processes.

Required profile

• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive personality with strong customer support or sales skills.
• Strong communication abilities with a customer‑centric approach.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Previous experience in Customer Support, especially within the iGaming/Gambling industry, is an advantage.
