Customer Service Representative – Czech/Slovak Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a Czech/Slovak‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our on‑site team in Athens. You will be the main point of contact for accommodation rental managers and owners, providing timely and accurate assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all incoming inquiries from accommodation partners regarding room modifications, rates, availability and extranet tools.
• Continuously develop product knowledge to resolve issues efficiently.
• Use appropriate tools and processes to deliver accurate, complete information.
• Maintain high levels of client service and ensure a positive partner experience.

Required profile

• Native or fluent in Czech or Slovak and fluent in English (minimum B2), both written and spoken.
• Ability to work rotating morning, weekend and afternoon shifts.
• Resident of Greece or able to relocate on short notice.

Required skills

• Full proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
