Customer Care Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Care Agent to join our Customer Excellence team within the Fully Integrated Energy Utility division. Based in our Paiania office, you will play a key part in enhancing the customer experience, building long‑term relationships and delivering high‑quality support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer requests across all channels (phone calls, email, social media).
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information in the company CRM system.
• Process customer complaints following established procedures.
• Make outbound calls throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Work in shifts according to the Customer Service operating schedule.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a call‑center environment.
• Experience in the energy sector or service provision is a plus.
• Flexible availability for shift work.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of technology, including PCs, software applications and telephone systems.
