Croatian Travel Support Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Croatian‑speaking Travel Support Agent to join our BPO team in Athens. You will be the first point of contact for our accommodation partners, handling inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all incoming client contacts via phone, email or chat.
• Provide accurate information on room modifications, rates, availability and extranet tools.
• Continuously develop product knowledge to resolve queries efficiently.
• Use appropriate tools and processes to deliver complete and valid information.
• Maintain high levels of client service and a positive partner experience.

Required profile

• Native or fluent in Croatian and fluent in English (minimum B2), both written and spoken.
• Ability to work morning, afternoon and weekend shifts on a rotating schedule.
• Resident of Greece or able to relocate on short notice.
• Tech‑savvy with full proficiency in Microsoft Office.
