Corporate Finance M&A Senior Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Finance M&A Senior Associate to join PwC’s Deals & Strategy team in Athens. You will work alongside top‑tier M&A professionals on high‑profile transactions that shape the Greek economy.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of M&A deals from origination to closing, including financial analysis and valuation.
• Prepare marketing materials such as pitch books and presentations for clients.
• Conduct due‑diligence, draft transaction documents and assist in negotiations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and interact with C‑suite executives.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients across various industries.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance or M&A.
• Strong academic record (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) from a Greek or foreign university.
• Analytical thinking and solid financial acumen.
• Positive, confident attitude and commitment to high‑quality work.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Greek.
