Community Manager

About the role

PeopleCert is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead the engagement and growth of its global ambassador network. The role focuses on building strong relationships, driving participation, and aligning community activities with the company’s brand values and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for ambassadors, providing communication, support, and ongoing engagement.
• Identify and recruit high‑potential ambassadors across international markets to expand the community.
• Promote PeopleCert’s products and initiatives through a consultative, value‑based approach, encouraging referrals and brand advocacy.
• Represent the company at global events, conferences, and networking opportunities to attract new ambassadors and partners.
• Design and execute initiatives that increase community participation, retention, and advocacy.
• Collaborate with ambassadors and the Marketing team to create authentic, brand‑aligned content and storytelling.
• Support planning and execution of community‑led events, activations, and global engagement activities.
• Manage and continuously improve the community platform and related tools to ensure a positive user experience.
• Track engagement metrics, gather feedback, and report on programme performance to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sales or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
• 7+ years of experience in Community Management, Marketing, Account Management, Sales or Customer‑Facing roles.
• Proven ability to build and nurture ambassador or community networks on a global scale.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for brand engagement and advocacy.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with Marketing and product teams.
