Clinical Trial Manager – Sponsor Dedicated (Remote, Greece)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager dedicated to sponsor‑led studies. The role can be performed remotely from Greece and involves overseeing site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close‑out activities while ensuring compliance with regulatory and protocol standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close‑out visits, both on‑site and remotely.
• Verify informed consent processes, protect patient confidentiality, and assess safety and data integrity issues.
• Conduct source document reviews, ensure accurate CRF entry, and resolve queries within agreed timelines.
• Manage investigational product inventory, reconciliation, storage, and dispensing according to protocol.
• Maintain Investigator Site Files, reconcile with Trial Master Files, and support audit readiness.
• Coordinate site communications, attend investigator meetings, and contribute to global monitoring meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
