Adult Research Nurse – Remote (Crete)

About the role

Illingworth Research Group, part of Syneos Health, is seeking an experienced Adult Research Nurse to support clinical trials remotely for sites in Crete. The role involves coordinating patient visits, managing trial documentation, and ensuring compliance with protocol and GCP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate trial documentation, electronic data transfer, and subject confidentiality in line with SOPs.
• Coordinate on‑site and off‑site subject visits, administer trial medication, and handle sample packaging and dispatch.
• Communicate with the research nurse project manager, site staff, and principal investigators to ensure smooth information flow.
• Attend site initiation visits and multidisciplinary meetings as required.
• Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and suspected misconduct promptly.

Required profile

• Registered nurse with at least 2 years post‑qualification experience.
• Experience in clinical research and GCP certification.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize multiple tasks in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of GCP and clinical trial procedures.
• Clinical nursing skills such as venepuncture and ECG.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
