Clinical Research Associate – Future Roles

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking Clinical Research Associates for future projects in Greece. The role involves site qualification, monitoring, and management activities for clinical and real‑world studies, performed on‑site or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close‑out visits ensuring compliance with regulatory, ICH‑GCP and Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practice guidelines.
• Review source documents, verify data entered in case report forms, and resolve queries to meet timelines.
• Manage investigational product inventory, reconciliation, storage, and dispensing according to protocol.
• Maintain Investigator Site Files, reconcile with Trial Master Files, and support audit readiness.
• Support subject recruitment, retention, and data tracking; act as liaison between site personnel and the project team.
• Participate in investigator meetings, global monitoring meetings, and training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, ICH guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
