Chief Financial Officer

About the role

LMW HR Group is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the Group’s financial strategy, partner with the CEO and senior management, and oversee finance operations across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group’s overall financial strategy in close collaboration with senior leadership.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning processes.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity and funding requirements across the Group.
• Assess investment opportunities, new business initiatives and projects for financial viability.
• Monitor profitability across companies, services and projects and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee accounting and finance operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate finance operations across multiple countries, aligning practices and standards.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, internal controls and reporting systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; Master’s or professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CFA) is a strong advantage.
• At least 10 years of finance experience, including senior leadership roles such as CFO, Finance Director or Head of Finance.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities, with experience leading high‑performing finance teams.
• Excellent commercial judgement, ability to anticipate risks and opportunities and influence senior stakeholders.
