Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales leads and oversee the full customer journey from first contact to purchase.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations for insurance and energy products.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and promote additional services.
• Handle incoming calls, resolve issues, and answer product‑related inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluency in Greek.
• Strong communication abilities and a team‑player mindset.

Required skills

• Computer literacy (comfortable using computers and digital platforms).
