Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our global team that leads the market in thermal comfort and energy efficiency solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. The successful candidate will build and nurture long‑term client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular client visits following the company’s segmentation strategy.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to increase share.
• Support marketing initiatives by attending trade shows, conferences, and local events.
• Prepare commercial and technical presentations that align product benefits with client needs.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure proper contract documentation.
• Generate reports for head office and maintain accurate client contact data.
• Disseminate commercial information to target customers and monitor engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience, preferably in HVAC or heating/electric appliances.
• Degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven success selling to both business and technical buyers in complex environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the designated region.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC applications, especially Microsoft Office.
