Business Consultant – Investment Management Technology

About the role

We are looking for a client‑focused Business Consultant to join our Investment Management technology team. The role combines hands‑on implementation, configuration and client training to deliver complex investment solutions from design through go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, managing timelines, milestones and client expectations.
• Configure and customize investment management software based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure solutions align with operational needs.
• Design and deliver training programs to drive user adoption and ROI.
• Perform detailed manual testing to validate system configuration against functional specifications.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting and optimisation guidance to clients.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in investment management, software consultancy or related roles.
• Strong understanding of investment workflows and financial operations.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and methodical.
• Strong communication and client‑facing experience.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced delivery environments.
