Bulgarian Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join Concentrix Greece’s multicultural team in Athens as a Bulgarian‑speaking Customer Service Representative. You will use your communication skills to deliver memorable experiences for a variety of global brands across sectors such as technology, finance, media, healthcare and travel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls, emails and live chats from customers.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate tools and methods.
• Meet personal and team targets, including call‑handling quotas.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts and file documents.
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer support or client service.
• Fluent in Bulgarian and a good level of English.
• Strong focus on customer needs and ability to understand customer behavior.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and active listening abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the company.
