German Speaking Team Manager (Athens)

About the role

Foundever is seeking a German‑speaking Team Manager to lead a group of advisors in its Athens contact‑center. The role involves supervising daily operations, coaching staff and ensuring client and corporate performance targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate operational and management information effectively to the team.
• Analyze results, solve problems and ensure compliance with project deadlines.
• Monitor advisor performance, conduct formal reviews and apply corrective actions.
• Provide clear direction to achieve key performance metrics and report client issues to the Operations Manager.
• Foster a teamwork‑focused environment and implement actions from employee satisfaction surveys.

Required profile

• Native or proficient German (mandatory) and advanced English (C1 level).
• 12‑18 months of call‑center experience, preferably as Team Manager or product specialist.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching and leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, numeric and reasoning skills.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece; local candidate for onsite role.
