About the role

TaskUs is looking for a bilingual Serbian/English Customer Care Specialist to deliver world‑class service to its clients across multiple digital channels. You will handle technical‑based inquiries via voice, chat and email while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers through phone, chat and email, following performance metrics.
  • Participate in internal initiatives, share feedback, and collaborate with teammates to improve department processes.
  • Apply problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Required profile

  • Bilingual in Serbian (B2/C1) and English (B2/C1) – both spoken and written.
  • Experience in customer support or technical help‑desk environments.
  • Strong communication abilities and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with PC‑based internet applications and Microsoft Office.
  • Social‑media savvy and ability to communicate clearly in written format.
