About the role

TaskUs is seeking a bilingual Russian/English Customer Care Specialist to provide world‑class technical support to its clients. The role involves handling customer inquiries via voice, chat, and email while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and respect.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver technical‑based customer assistance through multiple channels (voice, chat, email).
  • Participate in department initiatives, provide feedback, and support colleagues to drive team development.
  • Problem‑solve and think critically to achieve customer satisfaction.

Required profile

  • Bilingual in Russian (B2/C1) and English (B2/C1) – both speaking and writing.
  • Experience in customer support or technical help‑desk roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to process changes.

Required skills

  • Technical support experience with help‑desk or IT functions.
  • Proficiency with PC‑based internet applications and Microsoft Office.
