Bilingual Polish/English Content Moderator

About the role

TaskUs is looking for a bilingual Polish/English Content Moderator to ensure safe and high‑quality experiences across social‑media apps. You will review digital content, apply policy guidelines, and help maintain a respectful online environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review videos, images, news stories, political ads and social‑media profiles for age‑appropriateness, violence, sexual content and political transparency.
• Score content against defined criteria and enforce client terms of use consistently.
• Escalate issues that may impact performance or KPIs through appropriate channels.
• Participate in wellness activities and employee assistance programs.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of operations experience in shared services or a customer‑experience environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in both English and Polish (reading and speaking).
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with empathy.

Required skills

• Ability to identify subtle differences in digital communication meaning.
• Cultural awareness of political and social issues in the supported market.
