Back Office & Invoicing Administrator

About the role

Bureau Veritas is looking for a Back Office & Invoicing Administrator to join its VeriFuel division in Metamorfosi, Athens. The role focuses on generating invoices, maintaining records and supporting the finance, sales and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and generate invoices and maintain accurate invoicing records.
• Monitor internal invoicing from regional offices and respond to internal and external queries.
• Maintain, organize and update the pricing and customer database.
• Provide administrative support and collaborate with sales, operations and finance departments.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency.

Required profile

• University degree preferably in Finance, Accounting or Maritime studies.
• Previous experience in invoicing and back‑office functions; maritime industry experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Greek (additional languages a plus).
• Strong teamwork, communication, time‑management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Required skills

• Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, data analysis and data manipulation.
