Group Financial Planning & Analysis Vice President

About the role

The Group FP&A Vice President will support the Group CFO in shaping financial strategy, planning and performance management across the RCG Group. This senior position is based on‑site in Athens and reports directly to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Group's strategic financial and risk ecosystem under the FP&A umbrella.
• Build and monitor growth strategies, business plans, budgets and financial forecasts for the entire Group.
• Translate corporate strategy into financial targets and execution plans.
• Support corporate finance and transformation initiatives.
• Act as a trusted FP&A partner to leadership and external stakeholder groups.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; ACCA and/or CFA preferred.
• 7–10+ years in consulting and/or corporate finance, preferably with MBB or Big 4 experience; real‑estate exposure a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in Greek and English.
• High integrity, professionalism and commitment to excellence.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP and planning tools.
• Use of AI and automation to improve efficiency.
• Solid modelling, budgeting and forecasting in a multi‑entity group.
• Working knowledge of IFRS.
