B2B Customer Service Representative – Dutch Speaking (Athens)

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking B2B Customer Service Representative to join our outsourcing team in Athens. The role involves handling inbound calls from accommodation rental managers and owners, providing accurate information and ensuring a positive partner experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all incoming contacts from accommodation rental managers/owners via telephone.
• Provide clear, professional communication regarding room modifications, rates, availability and extranet tool usage.
• Continuously develop product knowledge to resolve queries efficiently.
• Use appropriate tools and processes to deliver accurate and complete information.
• Maintain high levels of client service and partner satisfaction at all times.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Dutch speaker with at least B2 level English (both oral and written).
• Resident of Greece or able to relocate on short notice.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons and weekends (Monday‑Sunday, 08:00‑22:00).
• Tech‑savvy with full proficiency in MS Office.
