Automation & Power Platform Specialist

About the role

Join PwC Greece’s Human Capital team as an Automation & Power Platform Specialist. You will drive the digital evolution of HR processes, creating scalable solutions that improve efficiency and enable data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Automate and optimise core HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle.
• Analyse existing workflows, redesign them for maximum impact before automation.
• Design and implement solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft 365 and integrated HR systems.
• Identify pragmatic AI use cases (e.g., Copilot, AI Builder, prompt‑based automation) and deliver measurable value.
• Develop HR analytics dashboards, KPIs and data models to support strategic decisions.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating requirements into scalable digital solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in automation, process improvement or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and ability to convert business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• AI Builder and Copilot for automation.
• Experience with HR systems integration.
• Data handling, reporting and analytics.
